Fantastic experience shopping for some pearl jewellery today! Joe was really helpful, assisting me to choose a lovely set of pearl studs. I also wanted a matching pendant, and he and his team helped me choose a loose pearl and bail, then set it for me while I went and had lunch! It’s gorgeous, I’m really pleased with my set. Non pushy, knowledgeable and an all round lovely experience. I’ll be back for sure :-)

My family and I had used Diamonds and Pearls in the past to make our jewellery. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. We would like to especially thank Joyce for helping us with my engagement ring. Truely a professional outfit. Joe attended to me originally and I really appreciated his honesty and straightforwardness. He delivered on everything he promised and more. I brought my now Fiancé down to the store and let her design her own engagement ring, she is rather particular and I was extremely comfortable knowing full well that Joe would deliver. We went through about 5 CAD drawings before settling on a design. Where diamonds and Pearls stand out is their ability to customise jewellery, the CAD transitioned into a 3D print which she was happy with and the ring came out so much more elegant that we expected. I would like to extend my gratitude to Joe and his team for a job well done. I look forward to working with them when we do our wedding bands.

This shop has fantastic customer service. You are allowed to try both earrings on comparing to other shops in the city which only allow one or none. The most important is the shop assistant has good knowledge about different stones and was very patient explaining things/providing advice. As a returned customer, I have to say this is one of the best Jewellery shops in Perth city.

I previously had a quote from another place to replace a pearl that popped off my grandmother’s ring for $600. I also took it in here for a quote and not only was I provided excellent customer service, carefully matching the vintage pearl, even colour matching under different lights on the street, but they only charged me less than $50 all inclusive! Highly recommend this jeweller if you are looking for knowledgeable service and a fair price. We will definitely be back!

Kat was nothing short of amazing. Her service, knowledge and gentle sales manner exceeded all expectation. We inadvertently came across Diamonds & Pearls and both my sister and I walked out with new treasures to be cherished and adored. Wow! Thank you so much for my breathtaking remodelled engagement ring which was originally passed down by my great grandmother. This diamond is over 100 years old so the sentimental value is huge to me! ❤️ The staff and customer service at Diamonds and Pearls was perfect! They guided me through the process of something I was really unsure of. The outcome is everything and more than I was expecting!! So quick and efficient! Highly recommend and complete trust!! Highly recommend Aaron, Joe and the wider Diamonds & Pearls team. They team were incredibly knowledgeable, proactive and generous with their time throughout the design and production of my now-wife’s engagement ring, an experience we happily repeated when we returned for our wedding rings. The entire process was enjoyable and stress-free, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. If you’re a man feeling overwhelmed by the idea of choosing or designing a ring, do yourself (and your partner) a favour and pay them a visit!

Joe is a old school jeweller and not, like most others in CBD, someone who sells pre-made jewellery. Very easy to go into his shop with an idea and come out with a custom made and unique item. The shop and its staff provide a comforting aura and expert advice. In truth, its never a cheap visit but what you get is quality, quality, quality. And that is what this shop is all about. It is the only jewellers I go to, my go-to shop, and I have never been disappointed with the end product. I always come out of the shop with a smile on my face and more importantly the pleasure I get, when the present is opened, is everything. Do yourself a favour and visit Joe and his staff, you won’t regret it!!
